Charles Long Student File

Student file of Charles Long, a member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee, who entered the school on October 12, 1909 and ultimately departed on February 17, 1915. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains a progress/conduct card, student information cards, a former student response postcard, medical/physical records, an application for enrollment, trade/position record cards, an outing record, a financial transaction, and correspondence. The file indicates Long was a farmer in Cherokee, North Carolina in 1912 and living in Whittier, North Carolina in 1914 and 1915.

In school documentation Charles Long is also known as Chase Long, Charley Long, Charley C. Long (also spelled Charly C. Long), and Charley Long Jr.
