Bertha Dye Student File

Student file of Bertha Dye, a member of the Seneca Nation, who entered the school on October 10, 1892, graduated in 1899, and ultimately departed on March 3, 1899. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving. The file indicates Dye was a housewife in Gowanda, New York from 1907 to 1911.

In school documentation Bertha Dye is also known as Bertha Fatty Dye and Bertha Fatty. Her married name is Bertha Dye Jamison or Bertha Jamison (Mrs. Jacob Jamison).
