Student file of Antoine Petite, a member of the Chippewa Nation, who entered the school on November 7, 1912 and departed on May 22, 1913. The file contains a student information card, a medical/physical record, a financial transaction, an application for enrollment, a former student response postcard, a report after leaving, and correspondence. The file indicates that Petite won first prize in a Home Building essay contest, was living in Bayfield, Wisconsin in 1913, and was farming in Cloquet, Minnesota in 1914.
In school documentation Antoine Petite's name is also spelled Antone Petite and Anton Petite. Appearing one time, the spelling Enterne Petie is very likely a typo.
