Agnes Waite Student File

Student file of Agnes Waite, a member of the Serrano Nation, who entered the school on October 24, 1908, graduated in 1912, and departed on September 5, 1912. The file contains a progress/conduct card, a news clipping, a student information card, applications for enrollment, medical/physical records, outing evaluations, financial transactions, a report after leaving, outing records, returned student surveys and correspondence. The file also includes a list of subjects offered at the Glendale Union High School in California during the 1912-1913 academic year as well as indicates that Agnes was a teacher at Ft. Yuma Indian School in Yuma, Arizona, in 1915.

Note: At the time of the scanning at the U.S. National Archives, a document in this student file seemed to be related to a different student, Fred Cardin. Those documents have now been included with the Fred Cardin file: NARA_1327_box 140_folder 5529.
