Student file of Agnes Cabay, a member of the Chippewa Nation, who entered the school on October 8, 1904 and ultimately departed on February 8, 1911. The file contains correspondence, financial transactions, an outing evaluation, news clippings, a trade/position record card, a returned student survey, medical/physical records, applications for enrollment, student information cards, progress/conduct cards, a report after leaving, and an outing record. The file indicates that Cabay was the Boy's Assistant Matron at the Mt. Pleasant Indian School in 1911 until she left in 1912 and was living in Bay City, Michigan in 1914.

In school documentation Agnes Cabay is also known as Agnes Cecelia Cabay and Agnes C. Cabay. Her married name is Agnes Cabay Greenburg (Mrs. Albert P. Greenburg).
