Student file of Ada Smith, a member of the Clallam Nation, who entered the school on July 7, 1896, and departed on July 10, 1900. The file contains student information cards, a letter, a former student response postcard, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving indicating Smith was a housewife living in Hadlock, Washington in 1913.

In school documentation Ada Smith's married name is Ada Smith Caul or Ada Caul (Mrs. F. F. Caul, also Mrs. Frederick Francis Caul or Mrs. F. C. Carl).
