The first page opened with a poem titled “Be Honest and True," followed by the story of "Two Gentlemen," who showed good manners. Page two included news about school visitors, the prayer meeting, printer equipment gifts, details of the Carlisle Indian School’s baseball defeat at the hands of Dickinson College, and the Friday evening sociable.

Page three opened with many small news items that included weather conditions, renovations to the girls' quarters, new machinery for the laundry, pupils' returned to their homes, the county Medical Association meeting at the school, and student departures to farms for the summer. Page four opened with the "Enigma," followed by a play on words titled "In Court," and concluded with "Cigarettes and Smoking."
