Student information card of Frederick Skahsejah, a member of the Apache Nation, who entered the school on November 4, 1886 and died on June 3, 1887. Skahsejah was buried in the cemetery on the school grounds.

In school documentation Fredrick Skahsejah is also known as Skah-se-jah and Frederick Es-ke-se-jah.
