John Doud Student File

Hope Blue Teeth Student File

Student file of Hope Blue Teeth, a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on November 14, 1883 and departed on July 8, 1889. The file contains a student information card, a former student response postcard, and a report after leaving indicating she was a housewife in Porcupine, South Dakota in 1913.

In school documentation Hope Blue Teeth's name is also spelled Hope Blueteeth. She is also known as Yellow Ear and Hope. Her married name is Hope Locke (Mrs. Frank Locke), alternatively spelled Hope Lock (Mrs. Frank Lock).

Student file of Martha Bordeaux, a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on November 30, 1882 and departed on June 14, 1887. The file contains a student information card and a report after leaving indicating she was a housewife in Rosebud, South Dakota in 1910.

In school documentation Martha Bordeaux's married name is Martha Solider (Mrs. Clement W. Solider).
