In school documentation James Browndog's name is also spelled James Brown Dog and James Browndo. He is also known as Working Bearer and Jim W. Brown.

Note: Students James Browndog and Laura Browndog were probably siblings.

Note: Although this card shows an arrival date of October 21, the admissions ledger and his information card suggest that he actually arrived on October 20.

The file contains a student information card, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving indicating that he was ranching in Bullhead, South Dakota in 1910.
