The file contains student information cards, a progress/conduct card, an outing record, correspondence, former student response postcards, returned student surveys, an application for enrollment, a medical/physical record, and a report after leaving indicating that Tubbs was a housekeeper in the Indian Service in Chamita, New Mexico in 1913 and living in Ogema, Minnesota in 1914.
