The file contains a student information card, a medical/physical record, an application for enrollment, a returned student survey, a former student response postcard, a trade/position record card, a progress/conduct card, and a report after leaving that indicates Jollie was working as a stonemason in Belcourt, North Dakota in 1911 and as a farmer in Belcourt, North Dakota in 1915.
In school documentation David Jollie's name is also spelled David Jolly.
