Student file of Jane Mark, a member of the Chippewa Nation, who entered the school on October 25, 1890 and ultimately departed on July 5, 1899. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, a returned student survey, a former student response postcard, correspondence, and a report after leaving indicating Mark was a housewife living in Mancelona, Michigan in 1914.
In school documentation Jane Mark has two married names: Jane Waboos (Mrs. James Waboos), also spelled Jane Waboose (Mrs. James Waboose), and Jane George (Mrs. James George).
