The file contains a student information card, an application for enrollment, a medical/physical record, a progress/conduct card, a trade/position record card, a former student response postcard, a returned student survey, correspondence, and a report after leaving indicating that Jack was working as a farmer and carpenter in Lewiston, New York in 1910 and was a mill worker Lewiston, New York in 1913.
