Student file of Leon Boutwell, a member of the Chippewa Nation, who entered the school on September 8, 1910 and ultimately departed on June 6, 1915. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, a federal financial aid form, trade/position record cards, a progress/conduct card, an outing record, applications for enrollment, a medical/physical record, financial transactions, and correspondence that indicate that Boutwell was living in White Earth, Minnesota in 1915.
In school documentation Leon Boutwell's name is also spelled Leon Boutall and Leon Doutwells (likely a typo).
