Francis Guardipee Student File

Student file of Francis Guardipee, a member of the Piegan Nation, who entered the school on January 1, 1905 and ultimately departed on September 30, 1907. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains returned student surveys, applications for enrollment, a photograph, former student response postcards, student information cards, a trade/position record card, a program for an event called "Cosmovilla" for which Guardipee served on the decorating committee and as a performer, and a report after leaving.

The file indicates Guardipee attended night school at the Y.M.C.A in Seattle, Washington in 1908, was a chauffeur in New York City, in 1910, stockraising and a rancher in Family, Montana in 1910, studying law in Family, Montana in 1913, and an expert mechanic in Browning, Montana in 1914.

In school documentation Francis Guardipee is also known as Francis X. Guardipee.
