The file contains a student information card, an application for enrollment, news clippings, a physical record, correspondence related to enrolling at Haskell Indian School and applying to a position at Ford Motor Company, a returned student survey, a position card, a progress card, and a report after leaving indicating that Otto was working as a tailoring instructor in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 1911.
