The file contains a former student response postcard, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving that indicates Sherman attended the Hampton Institute in 1903, was a harness maker in Decatur, Nebraska in 1911, and was a farmer in Decatur, Nebraska in 1912.
In school documentation Edmund Sherman's name is also spelled Edmund Shurman and Edmond Sherman. He is also known as Nah-ka-ha-ga and Ed Shurman.
