The first page opened with a poem "The Voice That Wins Its Way" contributed by Hannah E. Wilson, followed by a piece called "From John Dixon" which was reprinted from the Albuquerque Indian School where Dixon (Pueblo) was employed as a carpenter and translator for Indian school recruitment. The article continued on page four. Page two offered “wild” Apache photo contrasts as premiums for new subscriptions, a report of "Our Numbers" that reported enrollment, several Indian Helper endorsements, and anti-smoking notices.
Page three included very short news items about new Indian clubs for the gymnasium, Kish Hawkins speaking at a local Prohibition Convention, departure of four students to return home, shop work, a Dickinson College tug-of-war team practice, girls watching a baseball game, a discussion of women's suffrage among debating clubs, and Civil War reunion visitors. Page four offered "Printers Exempt From Disease" and "Tone Tattlings: Some things Prof Brown would like us all to remember” – a music word piece.
