Plans to Build Sewer System Underneath School Grounds and Henderson Farm

Webster Henderson informs Carlisle Indian School Superintendent Moses Friedman that the Carlisle Borough is planning to build a sewage tunnel that will go underneath the school grounds and the Henderson Farm. Friedman then forwards Henderson's letter to the Commissioner of Indian Affairs and asks for the petition to be granted.
