Student file of Thomas Tiosh, a member of the Chippewa Nation, who entered the school on August 31, 1895, and departed on December 6, 1900. The file contains a student information card, a former student response postcard, letters/correspondence between the Great Lakes Indian Agency and the Medical Field Service School at the Carlisle Barracks, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving. The file indicates Tiosh was working as a lumberman and farmer in Zeba, Michigan in 1911.
In school documentation Thomas Tiosh's name is also spelled Thomas Tyosh. He is also known as Thomas Fraser Tiosh.
