Urgent Need to Hire a Teacher

Superintendent William A. Mercer states that there is an urgent need to hire a new teacher as a result of Sarah E. Gedney's transfer to the Bureau of Forestry.

Chief Clerk of the Department of the Interior F. M. Conser informs Mercer that the Civil Service Commission requested a list of eligible individuals, and an appointment will be made as soon as possible.
