Requirement for Chaperones for Students Attending Early Morning Mass

Commissioner of Indian Affairs Cato Sells requests that Catholic Reverend Mark E. Stock, because Carlisle Indian School Superintendent Moses Friedman views chaperones as absolutely necessary for students attending mass early in the morning, either provide chaperones or allow the students to attend mass at another time. Sells also informs Friedman that he wrote to Stock.
