Supervisor in Charge Oscar H. Lipps requests to spend $100 from the "Indian School, Carlisle, Pa., 1915" appropriation to pay for incidental expenses incurred in the administration of the school, and he enumerates the expenses and vouchers. Lipps later requests to modify his request to include six other expenses and vouchers, totaling $47.03, and Second Assistant Commissioner of Indian Affairs C. F. Hauke authorizes his request.
