Request for Enrollment from the Bluejacket Indian Territory

Richard Henry Pratt forwards a letter from a John M. Watson, a missionary in the Bluejacket Indian Territory asking how to enroll a number of students from that area. Pratt forwarded the letter along with additional information on inquires he has received for enrollment at the Carlisle Indian School that application should be made to the Indian Office.
