Issues regarding which 1913 Appropriation should be Used to Cover Expenses

Superintendent Moses Friedman requests to modify several expenditures paid for by the "Indian School, Carlisle, Pa., 1913" appropriation. The Chief of the Education Division requests that two expenditures totaling $120.08 from the previously named fund be switched to the support fund. Acting Commissioner of Indian Affairs C. F. Hauke modifies which appropriation Friedman can pay a $33.58 debt from. Hauke also states that Friedman can't pay for expenditures using the support fun unless he can report savings in the fund.
