The typed transcript of Dr. Eugene A. Noble's testimony before the Joint Commission to Investigate Indian Affairs. At the time Noble was President of neighboring Dickinson College.
In his testimony Noble answers questions posed by the Commission regarding his knowledge of the troubled circumstances at the school. He expresses surprise at the lack of vocational training and the poor ration of food. When he had visited the school everything seemed to be in good order.
