Second Assistant Commissioner of Indian Affairs C. F. Hauke informs Carlisle Indian School Superintendent Moses Friedman that if he has any money derived from school entertainment or band concerts, he has to include it in the Miscellaneous Receipts, Class IV in his first quarter account. Acting Chief of the Finance Division orders Friedman to explain why he disregarded Circular No. 476 in his Section 195a of the Regulations of 1904 covering the month of September.
