William Adams Student File

Student file of William Adams, a member of the Caddo Nation, who entered the school on February 9, 1903 and departed on June 30, 1907. The file contains a student information card, medical/physical records, a returned student survey, a trade/position record card, correspondence regarding treatment of tuberculosis, and a report after leaving. The file indicates Adams served with a field artillery detachment for the Army, stationed at West Point, New York in 1911, was living in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 1914, and living in Cumberland, Maryland in 1915.

In school documentation William Adams is also known as Willie Adams.
