Student information card of Wilbur Dechezin, a member of the Apache Nation, who entered the school on April 30, 1887. Dechezin died on June 9, 1890 while attending the school and was buried in the cemetery on the school grounds.
In school documentation Wilbur Dechezin's name is also spelled Wilbur DeChizen. He is also known as De-che-zin.
Note: It is likely that this student was married to Hannah Dechezin, but because her student card says that her husband's name is spelled Dischillan, it is not for certain.
