Student file of Samuel Pontiac, a member of the Chippewa Nation, who entered the school on September 19, 1894 and ultimately departed on June 28, 1900. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards and a report after leaving indicating that Pontiac was working as a farmer in Petoskey, Michigan in 1910.
