Phoebe Schenandore Student File

Student file of Phoebe Schenandore, a member of the Oneida Nation, who entered the school on June 28, 1895 and ultimately departed October 8, 1904. The student did not attend the school continuously but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, a returned student survey, a report after leaving, and a former student response postcard from 1913 indicating she was working as a house keeper in West De Pere, Wisconsin.

In school documentation Phoebe Schenandore's name is also spelled Phebe Schanandore, Phoebe Schanandore, and Phoebe Skenandore. Her married name is Phoebe S. Cornelius (Mrs. Chester J. Cornelius).
