The file contains a student information card, a progress/conduct card, a financial transaction, an outing record, outing evaluations, an application for enrollment, and correspondence indicating Cook was living in Hogansburg, New York in 1913.

In school documentation Isaac Cook's name is also spelled Isaac Cooke.
