Student file of Isaac Cook, a member of the St. Regis Nation, who entered the school on October 30, 1906 and departed on September 7, 1911. The file contains a student information card, a progress/conduct card, a financial transaction, an outing record, outing evaluations, an application for enrollment, and letters/correspondence indicating Cook was living in Hogansburg, New York in 1913.
Note: In this file the student is referred to as Isaac Cook and Isaac Cooke. At the time of scanning at the U.S. National Archives, a document in this student file seemed to relate to a different student, Lyman Madison. That document has now been included with the Lyman Madison file: NARA_RG 75_Series 1327_box 145_folder 5636.
