The files indicate that after graduating Ghangrow married Charles Smith, and was living in Cayuse, Oregon.
In school documentation Frances Ghangrow's name is also spelled Frances Ghangraw. She is also known as Frances A. Ghangraw, also spelled Frances A. Ghangrow. Her married name is Francis Ghangraw Smith (Mrs. Charles Smith).
