Abraham Takes the Bow Student File

Student file of Abraham Takes the Bow, a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on January 18, 1901, and departed on July 3, 1902. The file contains a returned student survey, a student information card and a report after leaving indicating he was a rancher in Bull Head, South Dakota in 1911. 

In school documentation Abraham Takes the Bow's name is also spelled Abram Takes the Bow. He is also known as Abraham Buckley. 

Note: Although this file shows an arrival date of June 18, the admissions ledger and his student information card suggest that he actually arrived on January 18.
