Richard Henry Pratt informs the Office of Indian Affairs that he has taken actions regarding a blind student being enrolled at the Pennsylvania Institution for the Instruction of the Blind.

Richard Henry Pratt reports to the Bureau of Indian Affairs of the safe arrival of a blind Indian student at Carlisle.

Richard Henry Pratt notifies the Bureau of Indian Affairs that he has placed Manuel Romero as a pupil of the Pennsylvania Institution for the Instruction of the Blind in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Pratt indicates that he will keep Romero on his books as an outing student who will be visited similar to other outing students.

Richard Henry Pratt provides the Office of Indian Affairs with a list of 80 students to return to their homes due to expiration of their terms and sickness. Pratt also details the travel arrangements for travel to the various agencies and locations. He also notes that 68 pupils whose terms have expired have elected to remain at the school.

These materials include correspondence regarding the return of Manuel Romero to the Pine Ridge Agency and who should be responsible for paying the transportation costs.
