Richard H. Pratt recommends that Carlisle graduate Louisa Geisdorff be appointed as a teacher in the Indian Service.  Pratt forwards Geisdorff's application along with references from Dr. George Morris Philips and Jean Blanchard from the Pennsylvania State Normal School and Carlisle matron L.
