The file contains student information cards, applications for enrollment, a news clipping, a certificate of promotion, an outing record, correspondence, a federal financial aid form, medical records, and a progress report from Montclair High School. The records indicate that George had plans to be a domestic art teacher after finishing her schooling.
In school documentation Beulah George's name is also spelled Beula George and Buehla George.

A relative has provided the following additional information: Beulah George was actually Catawba, and her father was John George. She lived with her aunt, Susannah Harris Owl, and uncle Sampson Owl (Cherokee) before attending Carlisle. When she left Carlisle, she returned to Cherokee to live with another Catawba aunt and graduate of Carlisle, Charlotte Lottie Harris Jenkins.
