The Superintendent writes back to Andrew with information about other students, the school band, and the football team. A letter dated March 30, 1918 from Camp Logan, Texas indicates that Andrew was serving in an artillery unit.
In school documentation Andrew Connor's name is also spelled Andrew Conner. He is also known as Andrew E. Connor (also spelled Andrew E. Conner).
