The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, a progress/conduct card, a newspaper clipping, an application for enrollment, a letter/correspondence, and a report after leaving. The file indicates that Lyon was a member of the football team at Carlisle and was farming in Syracuse, New York in 1911.
In school documentation Isaac Lyon's name is also spelled Isaac Lion and Isaac Lyons.
