Wise Responds to Lillian Adams Declines Transfer to Carlisle

J. R. Wise responds to the Office of Indian Affairs regarding Lillian B. Adams has declined the transfer to the Carlisle Indian School as an assistant matron. Wise further states that if Adams makes a new application for the transfer that Carlisle would accept it otherwise no decision should be made until William A. Mercer returns.
