Pratt Responds to Request to Re-Enroll Delia Strong and Sarah Williams

Richard Henry Pratt responds to a request from E. E. Riopal, Superintendent of the Mt. Pleasant Indian School, regarding the re-enrollment of the Sarah Williams and Delia Strong at the Carlisle Indian School. Pratt provides a history of the students at Carlisle and notes that both he and the school physician concur that the students should not be brought back to Carlisle.
