          P. H. Bridenbaugh, Superintendent of the Martinsburg Indian Training School, writes regarding the transfer of the Osage students from Carlisle. Bridenbaugh writes that he is not in complete agreement with Richard Henry Pratt regarding the disposition of certain students and that he would not mind being inspected by the Bureau but believes Pratt should not interfere with his institution.
In addition he requests permission to educate students without the industrial training per their request and provide training for others who desire to become teachers.
