James Pabawenah Student File

Student file of James Pabawenah, a member of the Shoshone Nation, who entered the school on December 17, 1900, and departed on June 28, 1906. The file contains a student information card, correspondence related to land matters, a returned student survey, a report after leaving, and former student response postcards that indicates Pabawench was working as a farmer in Washakie, Utah in 1913.

In school documentation James Pabawenah's name is also spelled James Pobawena, James Pabawena, and James Pabawench. He is also known as James M. Pabawena and James Martin Pabawena.
