The file indicates Bertrand was living in the Cushman Trades School, in Summer, Washington and Tacoma, Washington in 1913, and Fort Simcoe, Washington in 1914.
Note: Students Judson Bertrand and Laura Bertrand were siblings, and Laura Bertrand married fellow student Ralph Waterman.
