The story continued on page four. Page two featured news of returned students along with one-sentence short news items that included Pratt Family news, San Carlos Apache news, and other reports. The third page included renaming Bruce Patterson (Apache) “Little Mike,” the baseball club’s victory over Mt. Holly’s team, farm outing news, and the reorganization of the debating clubs. The fourth page continued the story from page one followed by “Burn Your Ships,” an admonition to ditch bad habits and a letter “From Isidore” Labadie (Miami) that gave the latest news from the Quapay Agency in Oklahoma.
