William Perrine Student File

Student file of William Perrine, a member of the Piegan Nation, who entered the school on March 3, 1912 and ultimately departed on April 13, 1914. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains applications for enrollment, medical/physical records, student information cards, an outing record, and correspondence. The file indicates that Perrine was living in Neopit, Wisconsin in 1913 and living in Cut Bank, Montana in 1914 and 1915.
