The reference to "epileptic fits" as a reason for discharge seems to have been written on this card in error, since there is no mention of such fits among the documentation for Nellie. This notation was likely meant for the card for Nora Watson, since a letter in her file does make mention of epileptic fits when she was preparing to return home.
