Student file of May Jackson, a member of the Chippewa Nation, who entered the school on August 8, 1889, and ultimately departed on September 7, 1899. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, correspondence, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving indicating Jackson was a housewife living in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan in 1911.
In school documentation May Jackson's name is also spelled Mary Jackson. Her married name is May Fisher, May L. Fisher or M. L. Fisher (Mrs. Peter Fisher).
