Student file of May Hicks, a member of the Cherokee Nation, who entered the school on September 26, 1914 and departed on July 9, 1917. The file contains student information cards, an application for enrollment, a report after leaving, letters, financial transactions, a federal financial aid form, and a certificate of promotion. Most of the file is correspondence between the school and Hicks' father about his request for her to return home in the summer of 1917.
In school documentation May Hicks' name is also spelled Mae Hicks.
